"Fully Catered" Style:  Buffet:  (Using quality disposable dinnerware)

Starters (If Ordered):   will be strategically placed at tables if provided by host, or on our buffet tables for self serve by guests using serviettes.

Mains:  The tables are laid out with the hot dishes (where applicable) continued to be kept warm in gastronome trays with burners, salads and bread rolls and/or damper rolls. 

Guests come to the buffet tables and serve themselves to the accompaniments (if ordered), spread of salads and damper rolls with butter portions and are served a choice of meats at the “Sizzling Roaster” or from Gastronome trays by our uniformed staff.

Desserts (If Ordered):  Self Serve using dessert bowls from the buffet table.

"Fully Catered" Style: – Table Service:  (Using real or disposable dinnerware)

We can provide the additional staff that is required for this style of service.

     Roast Meats Only: (choice of meat from our Roast Meats Listing) -  $6.95pp

    sliced with gravy in foil trays – heat and serve or brought to you hot* (*conditions apply)

    Selections from the “Hot Accompaniments” Listing – Choose as “mains” portion or as an “accompaniment” (quantity will vary - *check at time of booking for conditions)

Optional Add-Ons:
